Why Join Our Data Operations Team?
As our Email Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our email marketing campaigns to promote our products/services and engage with our target audience. This role requires a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to optimize campaign performance. This role is remote, but candidates in the Chicago area are preferred.

What You'll Do:

• Develops and executes email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and brand initiatives for external clients
• Apply segmentation, A/B testing, tagging and personalization of one-time, reoccurring, triggered, and content-driven campaigns.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of email marketing efforts.
• Stays up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the effectiveness of email marketing efforts.
• Adhering to email marketing privacy and legal regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM
• Works with Privacy team on handling complaints and staying compliant.
• Develop monthly reports to track and analyze email campaign metrics, offering insights for improvement.
• Manage audience development: extracting data and compiling list pulls using a combination of tools including Excel and internal counting platforms.
• Build and maintain a relationship with the internal client base with the focus on service and operations.
• Occasional travel to our Highland office.
