Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern located in New York, NY. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR tasks, including HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with your line manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies for the Investment and Finance team.
· Maintain and regularly update job postings as needed.
· Conduct initial screening of resumes and initiate contact with potential candidates.
Requirements:
· A strong understanding of investment and finance is highly desirable.
· A Bachelor's degree, or current enrollment in a relevant program, is preferred. Disciplines include Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with an excellent attention to detail.
· The capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, coupled with a robust interest in Human Resources.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus.
