If you don’t have roofing experience, we have paid training--actual training. We don't give you a shirt and some contracts then say, "go get 'em!" after a 2-hour ride-along. Our training is “in the classroom" as well as field training.

We have a full office staff for support. Our salespeople sell, and our Field Construction Specialists manage the projects. Having specialists like this helps speed up the process--think more jobs/sales for you, and it keeps our customers happier--think referrals.
