Job Summary:
Annapolis Subaru is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Internet Sales Coordinator. As an Internet Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their online inquiries and providing exceptional sales support. Duties:
- Respond to online inquiries and provide information about our products and services

- Manage, monitor and help Sales Consultants schedule appointments
- Assist customers in navigating our website and online inventory
- Build rapport with customers through effective communication and active listening
- Provide sales support by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering solutions
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and payments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
