Position Description: Performs non-professional direct care duties under the direction and supervision of the LPN Charge Nurse and assists in maintaining a positive physical, social and psychological environment for the residents.
Minimum Qualifications: Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing and meet all applicable federal and Georgia state certification requirements; speak and understand English and able to read, write and follow oral and written instructions. Must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid Class C Georgia Driver’s License, proof of vehicle insurance, and meet company policy regarding MVR requirements. Must meet state requirements regarding a GBI and FBI criminal history record check which requires fingerprinting. Must undergo and pass a drug screening and screening for Tuberculosis. Must have received or be willing to receive a minimum of 1 dose of COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire, with the requirement to be fully vaccinated within 30 days.
