Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in accounting software such as Sage and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:
- Record financial transactions by entering debits and credits into the accounting system
- Process accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Perform account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conduct account reconciliation to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage and QuickBooks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical skills for financial report writing and account analysis
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Solid understanding of budgeting, accounting, and financial processes
- Familiarity with account reconciliation techniques
- Technical accounting skills

Pay: $52,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
