We are a privately-owned small animal general practice looking to add new members to our family-oriented, supportive team to help facilitate excellent care of our patients. Ideally looking for full-time candidates (30 hours per week) but would consider those with part-time availability. Reliable transportation and childcare are essential. Veterinary knowledge/experience is preferred. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others are required. Experience with Cornerstone is a plus.

• Answering phones/triaging urgency of phone calls.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Checking clients in and out.
• Filing/managing medical records.
• Facilitating interactions between clients and doctors.
• Answering clients’ questions and collecting history from clients.

• Assisting doctors/technicians with patient care (ie: restraint, venipuncture, radiology etc.).
• Cleaning and sanitizing exam rooms and treatment area.
• Collecting history from clients.
• Caring for boarding and hospitalized patients.
• Monitoring anesthetized patients in surgery.
• Preparing lab samples & running in-house lab samples.
