Veterinary receptionist wanted for a fun, fast-paced Emergency Animal Hospital in Deerfield Beach, FL. We are looking for someone who works well with others and has great customer service skills and Minimum 2 years experience in the veterinary industry working in reception/client facing role.

• Greeting visitors
• Checking clients in/out
• Scheduling
• Answering and routing phone calls
• Processing payments
• Scaning paperwork
• Presenting estimates to clients
• Cleaning and getting lobby Ready

Typical end time:

• 1 AM

Typical start time:

• 5:00 PM
