Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about our products/services to potential clients and address their inquiries.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Actively promote current promotions, discounts, and upsell additional products/services.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a positive first impression.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Handle customer concerns or issues with a customer-centric approach.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and company updates.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with other team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or hospitality is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service or sales role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable using point-of-sale systems.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
