Field Interviewer
We are a transit research data collection firm seeking Field Interviewers for a project that will start May 13-31, 2024 for the OKC EMBARK bus system. This is an entry level customer service position. You will be hired to conduct surveys with riders on the bus system with a tablet and plotting start and end locations on Google Maps for market research to improve transit in the Oakland region.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday and one weekend, Shifts: AM 6:30am-3:30pm, PM Shift 1pm-10pm approx.

Hours: 35-40 hours per week
Pay rate: $20 per hour
Requirements:
· Must be prompt as timeliness is important
· Must be able to communicate with strangers (Bus Passengers)
· Must possess knowledge of smartphones and/or tablet programs
· Must possess knowledge of Google maps
· Must be able to stand on your feet on board a moving bus for up to 7 - 8 hours
· Must be comfortable asking personal travel and demographic questions

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
