Field Interviewer

We are a transit research data collection firm seeking Bilingual Field Interviewers in Spanish, for a project that will start May 24-June 15, 2024 for the Palm Transit bus system. This is an entry level customer service position. You will be hired to conduct surveys with riders on the bus system with a tablet and plotting start and end locations on Google Maps for market research to improve transit in the Palm Beach region.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, Shift: 8am-5pm approx.

Pay rate: $20 per hour

Requirements:

· Must be prompt as timeliness is important

· Must be able to communicate with strangers (Bus Passengers)

· Must possess knowledge of smartphones and/or tablet programs

· Must possess knowledge of Google maps

· Must be able to stand on your feet on board a moving bus for up to 7 - 8 hours

· Must be comfortable asking personal travel and demographic questions
