We are currently looking to add an Business Development / Architect / Project Manager to our growing team. The role will be focused on business development, networking, and managing projects of various building types, from concept to completion.
This includes: coordinating and overseeing the design team, project team, estimating and maintaining project budgets, contract understanding, and construction documentation as needed.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of recent experience as a Project Manager, Sales or Business Development Leader primarily on the design community. Strong professional presence with the ability and confidence to professionally present to large groups, specifically architects, engineers, and project teams.
