This is a homemaking position. We need our providers to be able to clean, yes, but there is so much more to it than that.

Schedule:

We start part time. If you seek full time it will take time to build up to that. Each provider and family are carefully paired together to ensure long term success. The more flexible you are in what you can provide the faster we will find families who need your help.

Understanding of:

• This position is Medicaid funded. You will be working with families from all walks of life that are tied together by the common thread that our loved ones have disabilities.
• You will be inside of our homes helping create a warm, nurturing, safe, and clean environment.
• You will see us at the best of times and during the challenging times of life.
• Sometimes our loved ones can't talk to you with words, they may use sounds, computers, gestures, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Clock in and out in live time when you arrive and leave a client's home.
• Keep track of insurance approved units.
• Stay within state's approved definition of homemaking.
• Help create plans and provide recommendations for case managers.
• Provide notes at time of service.
