We are a vibrant and health-conscious family that values outdoor activities and maintaining an equal role in the household. Our family comprises two parents and an adorable baby named Bruce. Alongside our active lifestyle, we share our home with two friendly cats, Disco and Vader. We seek a nurturing and responsible nanny who primarily focuses on Bruce's well-being. We are both airline pilots but work primarily in the training center. Our schedules typically become available in the middle of the current month for the following month. This means that our nanny would have advance knowledge of the schedule for the entire month, well ahead of time. While early morning or late evening shifts will be uncommon, we are committed to ensuring fair compensation for any instances where they occur. *The schedule entails 7-hour shifts, covering 4-5 days each week, which may occasionally include weekends. Shifts could commence as early as 3:30 am or conclude as late as 2:30 am. We commit to guaranteeing up to 35 hours of work per week. We want the nanny to have the following skills and abilities: ~Proficient in all aspects of childcare, including feeding, changing diapers, and bathing. ~Capable of performing light household tasks such as Bruce's laundry, dishes, meal prep, and tidying around the home. ~Able to manage multiple responsibilities, including cleaning while Bruce is napping. ~Proficiency in a second language is highly desirable. ~We value honesty, trustworthiness, flexibility, a loving nature, and creativity. We seek a solid and trusting bond with our nanny and a flexible working relationship. Respect is paramount, and we commit to treating our nanny with the utmost respect in return. The nanny should have a vehicle for commuting to our house and potentially transporting Bruce to activities as he ages. Daily travel requirements are minimal. We require the nanny to be up-to-date on COVID-19, flu, and whooping cough vaccinations. A nanny joining our family has unique benefits, including travel opportunities, health insurance, and vacation time. While not mandatory, we are open to the nanny accompanying us on vacations and willing to provide additional compensation for such occasions.
