Assistant Maintenance Director
1-2 years experience in long term care or related field, and working weekend shifts on rotation is required.
Qualified candidates will have the ability to lift objects greater than 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods of time while completing tasks.
Should have working knowledge of commercial fire and sprinkler systems, HVAC, plumbing, drywall repair/texture/paint.
