CLK Multi Family Management, a well-established real estate company, is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Sedgefield Apartments Location in Florence, SC.

The Maintenance Supervisor works in junction with the property manager on day-to-day maintenance activities with make-ready units and other maintenance projects. Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising the work of employees in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Responsibilities include maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems. Also, responsible for ensuring the safety property, employees, residents, visitors and staff with daily observations and preventative maintenance programs of the property. 

Candidates should have problem solving skills, communication skills and excellent time management skills to coordinate employees, tasks, and projects for the property to meet its overall operational goals.

Requirements

• EPA/HVAC certification required (Universal preferred)
• Two or more years of apartment maintenance experience
• Working knowledge and safety practices of tools, common appliances, and devices
• Physical ability to perform the tasks assigned
• General knowledge of building codes and laws applicable to maintenance and repair work
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to complete required documentation of work performed daily
• Criminal background, drug testing & MVR required for all conditional offers

Supplemental pay types:
