Human Resources Receptionist
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Keep the HR Office open from 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
  • Greet customers (employees and applicants) in person, over the phone, and by email with warm, friendly, positive, smiley interactions at all times.
  • Soak up new information like a sponge, get up to speed quickly, and retain a working knowledge of basic and routine HR products, policies, procedures, systems, and programs.
  • Take responsibility for learning so as to always provide accurate information and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Keeps the HR office open from 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday (with the exception of a 1-hour lunch break)
  • Greets internal and external customers (employees and applicants) in person or on the telephone with a warm, friendly, positive, smiley interactions at all times.
  • Answers the phone and transfers calls appropriately.
  • Handles uniforms – issues appropriate uniforms to employees and receives uniforms from employees while using the RFID tracking system
  • Facilitate ID Card system.
  • Issues vouchers to employees for lift tickets at other ski/bike areas.
  • Assists Employees in Paycor
  • Copies and Files documents in the electronic employment files.
  • Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.
  • Posts announcements and newsletters in Paycor News.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Checks and processes mail daily
  • Coordinates monthly employee socials and parties.
  • Acts as the J-1 ambassador by assisting employees on J-1 visas with basic needs such as introducing them to their managers, making phone calls, transportation arrangements, and answering their questions.

  • Ability to handle confidentiality and sensitive materials with professionalism and discretion.
Base Pay: $15-18 / hour depending on Experience

Attendance: Regular, predictable, punctual, and in-person attendance is essential, includes weekends and holidays on occasion

Typical Shift: 8am-5pm Monday – Friday. Occasionally some weekend work.
Environment: This is a mostly indoor position. Must be able to sit and talk for long periods of time along with regular walking, standing and occasionally lift/carry 25lbs.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have an intermediate level of proficiency with Outlook, Word Processing, and Spreadsheet software. Should have a minimum of one year customer service experience or equivalent.
Housing: Limited employee housing is available upon request. Employee housing is “dorm-style” and starts at $450/month. A list of local rental resources is available upon request.
