Job Summary
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirements
- Proven working experience in hospitality as a bartender, server, or a host
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially for customer interaction
- Patience and composure when dealing with guests
- Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work any shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Prior experience mixing and serving drinks
- Team-oriented
- Be on time, be dependable!

Besides featuring the award-winning pizza Shaw already loves, we will have an extensive drink menu that includes over 150 different wines; including big classic labels & nuanced boutique wineries, and a few fun magnums to serve larger groups that are celebrating.We also have a reputation for sourcing the best beers, and we will be offering patio-crushing classics along with rotating limited craft releases. Our bar serves cocktails on tap made in-house. We strive to create a comfortable and fun atmosphere, with outdoor games like ping pong and corn hole and TV's so guests can watch any game while hanging out. We provide in-depth training and pay for any certifications that might make you better at what you do.
