We are looking for a motivated Shift Manager to lead our team to success! Duties of the Shift Manager role include ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations to include but not limited to: product preparation and delivery, customer service, facilities maintenance and financial accountability. This role accomplishes these objectives by actively training and coaching talent and running shifts to achieve key results in Custard, Crew, and Customers.

The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, a desire to uplift and develop those around them and a desire to thrive in a fast paced environment. If you have previous experience in management within the food industry and a positive attitude, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Shift Leader will deliver legendary customer service to all customers by using a “customer comes first” attitude, maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and create a positive and professional work environment by providing clear, specific, timely and respectful feedback to all crew.

Current Compensation For This Management Position:

Starting Base Salary is $16-$19

• Quarterly Bonus potential, performance based.
• PTO begins accruing on day 1 of training.
