The primary responsibility of a Sales Associate is to proactively assist customers with prompt and friendly amazing customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. We are looking for dependable, energetic, responsible Sales Associates to join our team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide amazing customer service at all times
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems
• Possess strong product knowledge and become familiar with store layout and product location
• Practice suggestive selling and build customer relations
• Assist with receiving, checking in and stocking of merchandise throughout the store
• Assist on cash registers as needed
• Assist in creating a positive, professional and safe work environment
• Maintain a neat personal appearance; wearing company uniform and nametag at all times
• Be knowledgeable and maintain awareness of current sales, promotions and advertisements
• Understand and adhere to store safety and emergency procedures including following store protocol for shoplifting
• Practice suggestive selling and build customer relations
• Maintain company standards of store cleanliness
