Andrew’s, the leader in commercial HVAC & Refrigeration, Plumbing, Electrical and Construction in Arizona is currently seeking an Accounting Manager. This new role will lead our billing and payables team in their day to day operations and will be responsible for setting up measurable metrics and establishing accountability to those metrics. The Accounting Manager will be reviewing and managing workflow to ensure all work products are timely and accurate and will also be responsible for regular communication with management to ensure the department is exceeding expectations. This position requires an organized and detail- oriented individual who can easily perform on multiple levels.

Key Responsibilities include:

· Manage A/R Billing Process

· Manage Collections and Credit team

· Manage Cash Receipts

· Manage A/P Process

· Serve as Liaison between Team and Management

· Assist Controller with additional tasks as warranted

· Supervise staff of approximately 15

This is a hands-on position and ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience

· Minimum of 5 plus years accounting experience

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SharePoint

· Experience supervising a team – 2 years

· Intercompany accounting experience

· Job Costing experience

· Familiarity with third party platforms such as Service Channel, Corrigo or Ecotrak

· Ability to motivate others to reach their potential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
