TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER IN THE GREATER SEATTLE AREA

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 2 years’ experience working within Product development, Software, Automation, or Robotics technology or relevant equivalent.
  • Understands and experiences with agile methodology. 
  • Strong experience with formatting technical documents and spreadsheets.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous and changing deliverables. 
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite of products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Able to craft User stories to communicate software requirements to engineers.
  • Able to draft and detail proposals and statements of work (SOW).
  • Able to be onsite 80% of the time in the South Lake Union Area.
  • Up to 35% of travel may be required between locations.
  • Must possess a valid US Driver’s License.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Background checks are required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working with CAD or ticketing systems like PDM, Teamcenter, or JIRA.
  • A degree in engineering, communications, business, or project management is a bonus.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Champion adherence to standards, processes, tools, templates, and best practices that build and sustain the AC brand. Support the improvement of AC tools and processes as a collaborative team.
  • Manage client and AC intellectual property including execution of NDAs with vendors and sub-contractors.
  • Escalate potentially serious client issues and work with AC/Client management to ensure a successful outcome.
  • As a representative of AC, always demonstrate servant leadership, integrity, humility, self-control, candor, and respect. Build and maintain a culture that embodies AC’s core values.
  • Foster a culture of mentorship by working with AC/Client management to support coaching and growth of AC/Client team members.
  • Ensure customers are delighted with all AC products and services. Take responsibility when AC performance falls short and work collaboratively to make it right.
  • Develop road maps to communicate project plans and dependencies. 
  • Lead and develop complex multidisciplinary projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from identification of need through final delivery and acceptance.
  • Own effective communication between multiple projects, teams, and locations.
  • Monitor and regularly report progress & performance to AC management and customer stakeholders.
  • Provide oversight and leadership to the project team including facilitating regular project and design review meetings, addressing technical and commercial risks, and ensuring final deliverables satisfy customers.
  • Develop and communicate detailed project plans using AC/Client project management tools.

The salary range for this position is based on national rates. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base Salary: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00.
