Job Qualifications 

Manage all areas to achieve positive and consistent sales growth while meeting or exceeding company goals in all profit and loss categories.

Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts, which include daily decision making, consistent staff support, positive and consistent guest interaction, proper scheduling and planning while upholding standards, consistent excellent product quality and maintaining high levels of cleanliness and sanitation.

Provide employees with consistent and appropriate feedback to facilitate their development and enhance the overall operation. Ensure that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards.

Perform line checks in the galley throughout the shift to ensure proper specifications on weights, temperatures, cleanliness and organization.

Delivers exceptional customer service to all customers acting with a "customer comes first" attitude and creating the "NGE Way" environment in every station.

Provides quality food with products consistently for all customers by adhering to all SOP recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products. 

Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotethe culture, values, and mission of NGE. Maintains a calm exterior presence during periods of high volume orunusual events to maintain a clean comfortable store environment. Sets a positive example for the team.

Follows NGE’s operational policies andprocedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, toensure the safety of all team members during each shift. 

Maintains regular and consistentattendance and punctuality by checking schedules regularly for changes.

Follows all cash management and cashregister policies and ensures proper cash management practices are followed by theteam.
