Functions/Duties

1.Delivers exceptional customerservice to all customers by acting with a “customer comes first” attitude andcreating the “NGE Way”environment in every station.

2.Provides quality food productsconsistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentationstandards. Follows health, safety andsanitation guidelines for all products.

3.Acts with integrity, honesty, andknowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of NGE Maintains a calmexterior presence during periods of high volume or unusual events to maintain aclean comfortable store environment.

4.Anticipates customer and store needsby constantly evaluating environment and customer for cues. Communicates information to manager so thatthe team can respond as necessary to create the “NGE Way” environment duringeach shift.

5.Follows NGE’s operational policiesand procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, toensure the safety of all team members during each shift.

6.Maintains a clean and organizedworkspace so that team members can locate resources and product as needed.

7.Recognizes and reinforces individualand team accomplishments by using existing organizational methods.

8.Contributes to positive teamenvironment by recognizing red flags or changes in team morale andcommunicating them to the management team.

9.Assists with new team training bypositively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful andencouraging coaching as needed.

10.Maintains regular and consistentattendance and punctuality by checking schedules regularly for changes.
