Night Shift is a well-established night club seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager with the potential to become an Operating Partner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of at least 2 years with current employer
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve customer complaints effectively
• Great interpersonal, communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to hire, train, manage and schedule staff
• Some knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, and cocktail preparation
• Alcohol awareness training is recommended, TIPS Certified is a plus
• Solid organizational skills and facility with budgets, inventories and negotiating prices with vendors
• Familiarity with inventory management
• Knowledge of local alcohol laws and regulations
• Ensure bars are profitable by analyzing night life, current trends and places for improvement
