  • Strategic Vision: You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our Alliances & Affiliate Strategy in the USA, collaborating closely with executive leadership to drive growth in this important market.
  • Partnership Development: Building and nurturing strategic partner alliances will be a cornerstone of your role. You'll recruit top-tier firms as business partners, cultivate robust opportunity pipelines, and ensure the retention and satisfaction of key accounts across the United States. Your ability to forge strong relationships will be the bedrock of our thriving ecosystem of partnerships.
  • Analytical Insight: You'll dive deep into program trends, providing insightful analysis and actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement. Your keen eye for detail and strategic foresight will be invaluable as we navigate the ever-evolving landscape of alliances and affiliates.
  • Innovative Initiatives: You'll lead the charge in conceiving, developing, and implementing innovative initiatives to maximize revenue performance from our Partners. Your creativity and strategic vision will propel us to new heights of success in untapped markets and product categories.
  • Market Engagement: You'll be our ambassador in the field, traveling across the USA to initiate and lead partner discussions and activities. Your presence and expertise will be instrumental in strengthening our relationships and driving forward momentum.

  • Strategic Leadership: You'll take the helm in managing a dedicated team, empowering them to unleash their full potential as they spearhead critical growth initiatives. Your leadership will be instrumental in steering our Alliance network towards new horizons and fostering rapid expansion.

  • Communication Hub: As the liaison between Alliance & Affiliate management and other functional departments, you'll facilitate seamless communication and alignment across the organization. Candidate Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
  • Over 7 years of hands-on experience in field sales management or alliance partnership management
  • A sharp understanding of business dynamics, financials, and the competitive landscape in the USA
  • Previous experience in corporate services and/or financial services (required)
  • It’s a bonus if you bring experience in legal, estate planning, and tax advisory services.
  • You demonstrate stellar communication skills, negotiation finesse, and a knack for captivating presentations
  • You have the ability to anticipate client needs, forge meaningful connections, and nurture lasting relationships.
  • You bring a proven track record of leadership, including managing remote teams.
  • You demonstrate a hunger for success, with the ability to smash quotas, develop killer business plans, and keep the momentum rolling.
  • Of course, you are flexible and willing to hit the road when duty calls.
