This role does installations and testing of new machines, service interventions, and supports spare parts warehouse. We are specifically looking for individuals with cold-forming or thread rolling machine experience. This opportunity would elevate your career with this specific Machine Operation experience. The maintenance aspect can be trained. Local, regional, and national travel is a key component to this role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installs and performs testing and prepares acceptance form.
• Provides indications to define the correct spare part, if needed.
• Participates in supporting customer requests, identifying possible causes and providing indications on how to solve them.
• Performs the intervention and prepares reporting with actual time and materials used.
• Preventative maintenance and inventory support of all tooling and capital assets within the service department.
• Performs support activities on in house assemblies
• Check physical stock of warehouse during inventories.
• All other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma Required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional work experience, with knowledge and background in technical support.

PHYSICAL AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• 75% to 90% of Local, national and international travel are required.
• Prolonged periods of driving, walking, and standing.
• Must be able to lift-up to 100 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
