SUMMARY :
The goal of a Safety Coach is to collaborate with employees on the manufacturing floor to help create and sustain a world class safety culture by establishing a culture of “Working to the Standard Safely”. It is also a goal of the safety coach program to ultimately work with our employees to garner trust and understanding as we set and audit applicable standards for safe work in our facility.
In addition, the Safety Coach works to establish a standard for the various jobs within a value stream. Once the standard is established, the Safety Coach works to provide guidance to employees on how to best perform to standard with regard to safety. This is a 2nd shift position.
4 x 10 shifts – Start time 3:30 p.m. End Time 1 a.m.; Friday OT when needed. Candidate must be local to the Dubuque area as there is no relocation assistance.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
