Renewal by Andersen has seven company-owned locations, and over 100 independently owned “affiliates” across the United States. We are looking for Proximity Team Leads in the Myrtle Beach area!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

- Recruit, train and manage a team of Proximity Agents in the office and in the field.

- Work with your Proximity Agents to meet or exceed their Lead Issued (Demo No Sale or Sale) and Sales goals.

- Map locations to canvass daily for you and your Team Members and Canvass on your own.

- Walk with & coach each canvasser and conduct weekly Canvasser meetings to celebrate successes and address and training needs.

- Understand and enforce company policies, practices, and procedures and have 1:1 meetings with every Team Member every 2 weeks.

- Lead daily Team Meetings prior to departure to the field.

- Maintain a fun, encouraging atmosphere so that canvassers know they are appreciated and supported.

- Collaborate continuously with Proximity Manager to improve your Team’s Performance.

- Enforce approved dress code and provide on the job coaching, mentoring and motivation to ensure that canvassing teams are on track and setting appointments.

- After training is completed, you will split your time between working out of our office and spending time in the field with your team coaching and getting to know them better.

As for compensation, this role would have a base plus commission structure. Your biweekly salary will be $1600 on top of BONUS pay as well! (50,000 a year ) You schedule will be Monday - Friday from 10:00am - 8:00pm.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 2 years of canvassing or team lead experience

- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

- Maintain an enthusiastic and positive attitude with strong verbal communication skills.

- Must be highly dependable and communicate new material and give constructive criticism.

- Must be able to understand cost controlling and perform under pressure.

- Ability and willingness to canvass and set leads and have understanding of Excel.
