Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia is looking for energetic and lively Events/ Retail Representatives to join its Fast-growing team. This position is offered in a full and part time opportunity in a fast-paced, energetic, deadline-driven environment. This is also an opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a passionate, close-knit team. This position is in our Central Virginia office located in Richmond, Virginia.

YOUR ROLE

·You'll work onsite at our premier partners. You'll talk with prospective customer in the store/event and book appointments for a no cost appointment with a Renewal by Andersen window expert.

·Assist with set up, execution, and break down of event.

·Provide the manager with consumer feedback and info for recaps.

·Knowledge of key brand info, brand points and educate consumers of product.

·Always maintain professionalism.

·Maintain proper channels of communication!

·Have fun, smile, and be enthusiastic!

WHAT WE OFFER

·This position earns commission in addition to base pay. $17.00 Per hour Weekly bonus opportunity based on performance. The average employee earns $20-$30/hour.

REQUIREMENTS

·High School Diploma/GED or equivalent

·Outgoing, comfortable talking with the public.

·Responsible, reliable, and punctual

·Enthusiastic, love being at work, people enjoy talking with you.

·Have reliable transportation.

·Availability on Weekends - most events take place on Saturday and Sunday

·Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

·Authorized to work in the United States
