Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their comfort needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Generate leads and actively pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed targets.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations that showcase the benefits of our products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate and relevant recommendations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the residential heating and air conditioning industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and effectively articulate complex concepts.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
