Position: Outreach Specialist

Role Overview:

As a Outreach Specialist, you serve as the crucial link between our patients' families and our team. Your role involves ensuring that children and families have access to necessary support, resources, and homecare services promptly and effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• While sales experience is not necessary, a persuasive communication style is essential.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Maintain professionalism, composure, and positivity under pressure.
• Capacity to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
