Anchor Fabrication has an immediate opening for highly motivated Kitter with a desire to work in a fast paced, quality centered environment. Has outstanding work ethic, punctuality, and desire to constantly improve skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving, kitting, cycle counting.
• Use a computer to pull up part numbers.
• Read, understand, and match component part numbers to work orders and vice versa.
• Pick components to be welded hand assembled and machine assembled, based upon work order.
• Report inventory shortages and damaged materials
• Perform other related duties as instructed.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to correctly match electronic component part numbers to numbers listed on work orders printed on paper or on a computer screen.
• Ability to correctly label bins, bags, and pallets with identification information
• Minimal computer skills needed.
• Experience with inventory management and material handling
• Desired 1 years of forklift experience.
• Satisfactorily pass in-company forklift certification program

Preferred Requirements:

• Cycle counting experience.

Environment/Physical Requirements:

This position is carried out in a Fabrication shop environment and as such has the following physical work requirements:

• Must be able to lift 100lbs
• Position requires ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Position may require bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Works outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
