Anchor Fabrication is looking for an experienced, versatile, and energetic INDUSTRIAL Maintenance Technician with electrical and mechanical skills.

Job Responsibilities

The INDUSTRIAL Maintenance Technician will assist with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of various MANUFACTURING equipment such as CNC laser and plasma cutting equipment, CNC milling and lathe machines, CNC press brakes, rolls, manual MIG and TIG welding machines, robotic MIG welding machines, blast booths, wash booths, wet paint and powder coating booths and curing ovens.

The Industrial Maintenance Technician will also conduct routine maintenance of our multiple office and manufacturing buildings such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, pneumatic compressors, carpentry, general maintenance items etc.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Maintain safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.
• Electronically log and maintain records of all details pertaining to the Maintenance Department.
• Communicate effectively with Operations regarding any scheduled or unscheduled machine down time.
• Communicate with other members of the Maintenance Team to ensure the team is kept up to date on maintenance issues.
• Monitor and maintain the use and inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Environment/Physical Requirements

• May be required to stand for a prolonged period.
• May be required to work in variable temperatures.
• May be required to work in tight or elevated spaces.
• May be required to stoop, kneel, bend, or climb.
• Work may involve both indoor and outdoor locations.
