Position Description

Works directly with the project team, providing support for multiple projects. Responsible for administrative and customer service support tasks to keep each project on time and on schedule. Conducts and oversees processing, completes validation, prepares project updates and statistical reports, and participates in meetings and conference calls under the direction of and with support from the project manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with Project managers to prepare project reports regarding client engagements.
  • Manage mailings and reconcile returned mail.
  • Train processors and review processor time entries.
  • Process and review class action claims.
  • Provide quality assurance review and audit of validation and distribution processes.
  • Review data, database reports and records for deficiency letter mailings and prepare and mail cure letters.
  • Review of escalated calls and research that is related to inquiries from clients and claimants.
  • Assist with contact center support as needed, including responding to incoming case related emails.
  • Assist with call center staff training and monitoring.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Written and verbal communication skills required, with ability to effectively interface with both internal staff and external customers.
  • Demonstrates self-discipline and takes initiative in work environment.
  • Demonstrates personal drive to achieve accurate and timely results.
  • Demonstrates ability to work under tight deadlines and effectively multi-task and prioritize under pressure.
  • Ability to train staff as needed.
  • Strong client focus and dedication to excellence.
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity and discretion when dealing with sensitive, confidential information.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Excel. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Positive and professional attitude.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or similar project management decision-making experience.
  • Any combination of education and experience that would provide the applicant with the desired skills, knowledge and ability required to perform the job. Paralegal certification is a plus but not required.
