Amyx is seeking to hire a License Management Support to DLA DAI PMO.

Provide License Management Support, to include:

Run all applicable licensing reports and analyze license utilization and consumption over a defined period
• Continuously update the DAI licensing dashboard, or as required
• Perform licensing trend analysis, utilization, ownership and consumption across all DAI user agencies
• Create and maintain historical analysis of license trends to assist future license purchases
• Act as DAI POC/Liaison between license vendors such as: Oracle, Microfocus, etc. in order to streamline conversion into Oracle Cloud structure
• Provide license data to cost management lead for inclusion into the cost model
• Assist the cost management lead with cost model inputs (as required)
• Work with government leads to obtain license data for inclusion into DAI cost model and ROM(s)
• Participate in meetings working sessions to create/update presentations, spreadsheets, etc
• Act as a backup to the Cost Analyst
• Other duties as required

Minimum Experience:

• Five (5) years relevant experience
• Access Level: IT-III
• Access to Classified Information: No
• Level of Access: None
• Must possess IT-III security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with written Inquiries (NACI) at time of proposal submission.
• Must have experience with the following programs:
• MS Suite
• Word
• Excel
• Project Management
• Power Point

Required Skills:

• Must know how to write and interpret formulas in MS Excel and utilize them to automate information in Excel spreadsheets.
