Amwins is Hiring a Human Resource Generalist Near Scottsdale, AZ

Stealth Partner Group an Amwins Group Company is looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about playing a critical role in the maintenance and growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will be employee focused, proactive, highly organized and have the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high level of accuracy.

This position is located in Scottsdale, AZ and will be an in-office position with the ability to work from home up to 2 days a week.

Responsibilities include:

* Own the recruitment and interview process for the firm by:

* Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and selection criteria

* Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other networks

* Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect job requirements

* Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with appropriate stakeholders

* Organize and attend recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline

* Create a pleasant and efficient candidate experience

* Provide additional Human Resource support to the organization, such as:

* Serve as a Human Resource process resource and answer employee requests

* Organize and maintain all files, correspondence, and employment records to ensure compliant and efficient record keeping processes

* Process transactions associated with the employee life cycle (onboarding, status changes, pay changes and offboarding)

* Advise leadership in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues ensuring efficient resolution and appropriate documentation

* Assist to administer benefits such as life, health, and dental insurance, 401(k) plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence and employee assistance programs

* Identify and support internal training opportunities

* Reconcile monthly Human Resources expenditures

* Assist to help create and maintain Human Resource content, as needed

* Audit timecard system and provide weekly payroll support, as needed

* Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partners

* Maintain high standard of confidentiality at all times

* Other duties and projects as assigned

Skills & Qualifications include:

* 2 years' experience working in talent acquisition or similar role required

* 3 years working in Human Resource capacity strongly preferred

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must

* Proficiency with ADP, Paycor, SharePoint, Teams and Microsoft Office Suite preferred

* Strong technical skills working in applicant tracking systems

* Ability to solve complex problems

* Proven ability to handle confidential information with high level of integrity

* Self-starter with the demonstrated ability to work both independently and on a team

* Ability to manage time while working in a fast paced and high volume environment

* Strong sense of urgency with high attention to detail are necessities

* Demonstrates awareness, inclusivity, sensitivity, humility, and experience in working with individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, sexual orientations, gender identities, and other various backgrounds
