Role: Business Analyst - Wealth Management

Role Type: Contract - 8 months till the end of 2024 ( No 3rd party or Agency)

Location: Fort Worth, TX ( Hybrid - Must report to office every Wednesday and Thursday)

Core Competency: Business Analysis, SAFe, Wealth Management, UAT

Role Objective:

Work as a member of the Envestnet team to document necessary processes and requirements for key features as necessary to ensure success for the Product. The initial focus area will be to define the UAT plan by working across business functions to identify activities and measures of success for UAT.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 6 years of working experience as a business analyst
• Minimum 3 years in Financial Services
• Strong understanding of wealth management products and services
• Capable of being part of a large program involving multiple workstreams
• Experience with business process analysis methodologies (e.g., BPMN).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Fintech industry experience
• Work as a Sr BA or Product Owner (with no direct agile team)
• Investment/wealth advisory experience preferred

Certifications:

SAFe POPM Certification is preferred
