A Sr. Human Resources Analyst - Compensation position is available with The City of Fort Worth Human Resources Department in the Classification, Compensation, and Civil Service Division. The Sr. Human Resources Analyst - Compensation is tasked with supporting the organization’s compensation programs, processes to ensure that City of Fort Worth employees are being compensated at an optimal level, aligned with our strategy and are externally competitive. The Sr. Human Resources Analyst will also be called upon to support certain project activities such as classification action requests, merit pay programs, salary surveys or supporting FLSA/DOL reporting requirements. The analyst will work on multiple, simultaneous projects and must have a keen attention to detail.
