Amrapur Overseas started in California in 1983 by father and son duo, Harry and Chandru Kevin Wadhwani. Amrapurs roots date back to 1960 when founder, Harry M. Wadhwani started in Hong Kong as Lachmis International Limited. Today Lachmis is amongst Hong Kongs leading trading company, actively manufacturing fashion apparel, home textiles and decor, while at the same time, sourcing various items for its customers. In addition to sales in North America, we actively sell to Mexico and Latin America, UK, parts of Europe, as well as Dubai and the Middle-East. Our core strength is sourcing, with over... 50 years of sourcing experience. We bring with us a deep understanding of both the Asian manufacturing culture, as well as the understanding of the retail arena. We have an experienced design team in New York California, researching the newest trends and palettes in all of the main design destinations hubs. We work very closely with our retail partners, developing products and implementing their ideas into new programs, with a complete understanding of our customers requirements and private label programs. Located in a new, state-of-the-art, 225,000 square foot distribution facility in Corona, California, we have invested in the latest software and space saving racking and sortation systems. This allows us to pick and pack goods while successfully handling large numbers of SKUs with low overheads. We carry thousands of SKUs and have expert capability to drop ship for our e-commerce partner within a 24 hours turnaround time. We have a complete staff for EDI, retail projections and planning, and dedicated sales executive to handle all orders. We are very committed to our clients.
