With deep sourcing capabilities and global manufacturing strength, we bring quality, trend-right apparel programs to market quickly and competitively.
Our apparel division is well-established and growing fast. We’re looking for an experienced Sales Executive withing our apparel division to grow our existing off-price retail accounts and strategically open new doors. This is a true sales role — ideal for someone who loves working with buyers, driving showroom appointments, and turning assortments into orders.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on growing key accounts, building strong buyer relationships, and driving results with minimal oversight. It’s also ideal for a candidate who understands how sourcing, product development, and sales strategy work hand-in-hand to win with major retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Account Growth
- Drive growth with existing key accounts including Ross, TJX, and Burlington, while identifying and pursuing new retail opportunities.
- Proactively outreach to buyers, build strong relationships, and schedule showroom appointments — especially ahead of Market Weeks.
- Present seasonal collections with a clear story: product details, pricing, delivery windows, and minimums.
- Partner with buyers to develop tailored assortments that meet regional and customer needs.
Customer & Relationship Management
- Own the full sales cycle from showroom presentation to PO confirmation.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with merchants, planners, and allocation teams.
- Deliver exceptional in-person experiences as a brand ambassador.
- Follow up post-appointments to secure commitments and grow order size.
Sales Targets & Market Intelligence
- Work toward and exceed seasonal sales goals, tracking performance and buyer engagement.
- Anticipate needs and present proactive solutions to maximize order volume and sell-through.
- Stay ahead of category trends and competitive activity to strengthen sales strategy.
- Provide actionable feedback to design and sourcing teams to align product with retailer needs.
Cross-Functional Execution
- Partner with Product Development, Sourcing, and Operations to ensure on-time and on-cost delivery.
- Align with internal teams around pricing, assortments, ship windows, and margin targets.
- Support seasonal line building and showroom strategy.
What we're looking for:
Experience & Expertise
- 3 years of sales or account management experience in apparel or soft goods.
- Proven success with off-price retailers such as Ross, TJX, Burlington, or similar retailers.
- Experience with showroom selling, buyer outreach, and Market Week cycles.
- Knowledge of private label and branded programs.
- Sourcing or product development experience is a plus.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and metrics-driven, with the ability to turn appointments into sales.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and retail systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
