SALES MANAGER
Our client is hiring a full-time, direct-hire Sales Manager in the Metro Detroit Market. This position leads a small team of Sales Representatives and is also responsible for individual sales goals; as such, this position requires experience with both. Our client specializes in manufacturing and supplying high quality colorants that include dyes, pigment dispersions, and non-staining colorants. The company does significant work with:
- Adhesives
- Car Wash & Detergents
- Antifreeze & Coolants,
- Latex & Nitrile Manufacturing
- Metalworking Fluids
- Drugs & Cosmetics
- Turf Paint
- Seed Colorants
- Water Tracing
- Fertilizers & Agriculture
- Hydro-Mulch & Excelsior
- Pond Dyes
- Wood & Lumber
- Food
and many, many other industries.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in a similar industry to those listed above
- Experience managing a sales team
