Amplify Recruiting is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative Near Hudson, WI

SUMMARY

The Outside Sales representative is an associate-mid level sales position who serves as the primary relationship owner for new account sales growth, assigned group of client accounts with responsibility for retention and growth. Ensure clients derive maximum value from our services. Prepare implementation plans and lead client on-boarding; forecasting, strategy and account management. Work closely with clients to identify needs.

Excellent proposal development, presentation and negotiating skills utilized to succeed in this role. Demonstrate expertise in gaining access and selling to the mid to senior level decision makers to ensure a deep enough understanding of clients’ individual experiences to head off potential issues before they become problems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Including the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Engage and onboard new and existing clients selling all of our solutions
  • Proactively and efficiently manage account relationships using ongoing account management and sales calls via, in person calls and/or virtual meetings phone/email interactions regularly.
  • Support our entire staff and operations and meeting any assigned deadlines.
  • Align the overall corporate solution to the customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing, and presenting and negotiating
  • Build and maintain a consistently strong pipeline
  • Identify new and emerging markets
  • Provide a consultative sales approach to clients
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and team building skills and techniques is required
  • 50% travel required

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 7 years successful experience as a direct contributor carrying an individual quota
  • Will have accomplished the following:
    • Experience independently closing individual accounts with revenue over $250K
    • Average deal size $10K-150K
  • Experience in manufacturing sales is preferred but not required
  • Ability and experience selling to Manager and Director levels within the organization
  • Ability to identify and sell to the appropriate buyer/position
  • Experience managing and directing the entire sales cycle from beginning to close
  • Candidate will be strategic in finding new business using technical knowledge and skillset
  • Creation and execution of quarterly and annual business plans
  • Good management presence, communication skills, and credibility
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals and targets
  • Attentive to forecasting and business reporting responsibilities
  • At least an intermediate level in using Microsoft Office products. Especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
