```Duties```
- Provide personal care assistance to residents that reside in our Personal Care Home
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Support patients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals- if you are a certified Med Tech.
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with meal planning and preparation, ensuring dietary restrictions and preferences are followed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, promoting their overall well-being.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for patients.

```Skills```
- Experience in providing care to individuals in a healthcare or senior care setting.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature to provide personalized care to patients.
- Understanding of the specific needs of patients in memory care units.
