Must be personable and work well with staff members, residents, family members and other individuals.

• Would make and manage the nursing schedules.
• Assist DOW in supervising all nursing staff
• Assist DOW in overseeing department budgets
• Assist DOW in reporting to higher management in the healthcare facilities
• Assist DOW in maintaining high standards of care for all patients
• Assist DOW in managing patients’ data and medical records as confidential records
• Assist DOW in communicating with doctors, patients and family members about patient health
• Assist DOW in training and onboarding new nursing staff
• Assist DOW in providing ongoing education classes
• Assist DOW in implementing new procedures and training Nurses on policies
• When short staffed would Assist DOW in covering where ever the need may arise.
• Assist DOW in organizational mission, goals and policy standards facility wide.
• Your two main focuses would be to Assist DOW and processing the nursing staffs schedules.
