Description:
- Responsible for outage and incident management.
- 24x7 support.
- Problem solving steps.
- Server re-start (if applicable).
- Look into configuration.
- Monitor dashboard alerts.
- Anything that is critical.
- Proactive monitoring and flagging.
- Create dashboard for any critical tracking.
- Triaging.
- Create chatroom / War room.
- Incidents acknowledgment.
- Engage T2 as needed.
- Should have basic Java, Dynatrace, ELK, App Dynamics.
