Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working directly with manufacturers, customers, and providing essential support to our sales team. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with manufacturers and customers to ensure a seamless experience from order placement to delivery.
• Assist the sales team in creating estimates and quotes for customers.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
