The Opportunity:
The Business Development Manager in the Western US Region will primarily assist Ametros in growing its book of business from the Structured Broker channel source. Structured Brokers are currently a significant source of potential members on our platform and an area in which Ametros sees great potential to grow even further in the future. The essence of the role will be to forge new business partnerships and cultivate effective growth with already established partnerships. This includes developing sophisticated and effective proposals, managing a robust pipeline, cultivating relationships, and selling Ametros solutions as a settlement tool. Your Day-to-Day:
· Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage strategic partnership opportunities that drive revenue for the company within the Structured Broker channel source .
· Evaluate the costs / benefits of established partnerships and work cross-functionality to execute on the growth of those relationships.
· Act as the primary contact for clients. Coordinate activities across the organization to support partnership efforts and identify opportunities for growth.
· Travel to conferences, client locations and training events to further educate our clients on all Ametros services.
· Act as Sales support with existing territory broker relationships and referral sources.? Build territory specific plans with sales team and/or leadership.
· Develop internal tools / KPIs to measure partner success and reports.
· Build strong relationships with key partners across multiple levels of the Client’s organization .
Requirements
What you bring to the Team:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Preferred, but not required
· Understanding of the Worker’s Compensation Space. This is not a required skill, however, it is highly desirable. Understanding our members journey through the process of Worker’s Compensation will help you stand out.
· An established network within the Worker’s Compensation space. Specifically, with Structured Broker firms that specialize in Worker’s Compensation.
· Visionary mindset:?You have demonstrated ability to create demand and sustain relationships for a visionary product or service. You create trust through your thought leadership and build partnerships with authenticity.
· Management through relationships:?You understand what it takes to get things done in a complex organization with many decision makers, and you are able to motivate different individuals up and down an organization to take action. You can effectively read people to know what is going on in the room in order to calibrate the level of interaction in a variety of scenarios. You see opportunities via relationships; you create a sense of mutual accountability, inspire action, and follow up effectively to ensure momentum.
