Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our residents and guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary assistance
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Utilize computerized systems to transcribe, type, and distribute documents as required
- Provide general clerical support to the office staff
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional demeanor and appearance
