Responsibilities:
- Handle all front office functions to prioritize the needs of patients, parents, and/or guardians
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with patients and team members.
- Effectively communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.
- Bilingual proficiency (EE) is required.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours: Mon-Thu 8:30-5:30, Fri 8:30-3, and two Saturdays a month 8:30-3.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel between multiple locations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in PC skills; ability to learn and use new programs.
